Join us for an evening Dine and Learn with Dr. Charles McKinney, an educational and informational conversation exploring the historic context of elections and voting in Memphis. This session will examine voter suppression locally, the impact of voting during periods of military occupation, and what the current political landscape may mean for elections in Shelby County this year.
Designed as an accessible learning space for the entire community, this event centers the belief that knowledge is power.
