About the Event
Celebrate Labor Day with a day of solidarity, community, and fun!
The Chattanooga Area Labor Council and local labor unions are hosting a Labor Day Picnic at The Fry Center, and HCDP is proud to partner with them by helping coordinate volunteers for the event.
This community celebration will include hamburgers and hotdogs, speakers, music, games, a bounce house, face painting, and more!
We're looking for volunteers to help with event setup, welcoming guests, keeping things running smoothly, and cleanup.
No special experience is needed — just come ready to lend a hand and celebrate with our labor community!
Volunteer shifts 12:30–3:00 PM — Setup + first shift 3:00–5:15 PM — Second shift + cleanup
