Support Menstrual Equity Across Tennessee: Period Advocacy Day on the Hill
On April 1, 2026, Period Advocacy Day on the Hill will bring together advocates, lawmakers, and community leaders to address the critical issue of period poverty. With the theme "Periods for Progress: Advocating for Dignity and Equity," this event is a powerful platform to raise awareness, advocate for repealing the tampon tax in Tennessee, and push for meaningful policy change to ensure menstrual equity for all.
As part of this initiative, we are organizing a menstrual distribution drive to provide essential menstrual products to organizations that serve menstruators in underserved communities across the state. This effort will directly impact individuals who often face barriers to accessing these vital products, helping to restore dignity and create opportunities for education and empowerment.
By sponsoring this initiative, your organization can play a pivotal role in:
Distributing menstrual products to those in need.
