About the Event

The African American Clergy Collective of Tennessee (ACCT) invites you to join us in educating congregations across the Volunteer State about critical issues like criminal justice reform and policing, voting rights, quality education, affordable housing, Medicaid, and many other determinants of healthy individuals and communities. We ask you to designate February 1, 2026, as Social Justice Sunday. On March 3, we invite you to join us in Nashville, as we put our Faith in Action: Protecting Black Health and Black Votes in the Shadow of Big Ugly Bill.

Social Justice Sunday should offer meaningful advocacy actions for people of all ages. We want it to be a day dedicated to reflecting on fairness, promoting equality, and taking action to support those in need.

There are numerous ways you can do this through: Hymns, Responsive Readings, Congregational Prayer, and Biblical Justice Sermons.

See Health Day, Economic Justice Day, Anti-Addition Day, Restoring…
