About the Event
A continuation of a 2024 convening held at NYU Law and co-hosted by Pregnancy Justice, panels will feature forthcoming scholarship from academics and practitioners on fetal personhood, gender stereotypes, reproductive justice, wrongful convictions and junk science, and the post-Dobbs landscape.
Articles will be published in a special edition of NYU Review of Law and Social Change online journal, The Harbinger. New York CLE credit is pending. If approved, the credit will be appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
Co-hosted by NYU Law’s Birnbaum Women’s Leadership Center, Reproductive Justice Clinic, Review of Law and Social Change; and Pregnancy Justice.
